Furry, feathery, or hairy…claws, paws, beaks, or scales?

​Become an “Adoptive Parent” to your favorite Zoo animal with our symbolic adoption program! It’s easy, fun, and most importantly, your adoption fee supports the Zoo’s animals, education programs, and conservation. Anyone can become a Washington Park Zoo Adoptive Parent — individuals, families, school groups or classes, service organizations, businesses, or groups of employees.

These adoptions also make great gifts. They are unique, different, meaningful, and fun. Pick the occasion and pick the animal. Your gift will be much appreciated!

Adoptions are typically mailed out in 4-6 business days to the “Gift Recipient Address.” Want to give your gift at a later date or in person? Put your address in the “Gift Recipient Address” field and we will send the adoption to you!

  100% of the profits go directly to the care of the animals in the zoo collection.
