Community Donation Request

Please keep in mind that while we carefully consider each request, we regret that we cannot support every organization that merits our assistance. The following groups are not eligible to receive donations since we are a city-funded facility:

• Individuals or individual families

• For-profit organizations

• Political campaigns/fund-raisers

Because we receive many requests each year, please allow at least 30 days for us to review and process your submitted forms. If we can grant your request, we will contact your organization to arrange for its pickup at the Zoo office.

Instructions

To be considered for support, please follow the instructions below:

​

• Please read and complete the form carefully to ensure your organization meets all city requirements before submitting.   Charitable Request Application Form.  

• Attach the organization's formal donation request letter on the organization's official letterhead.

• Include the Tax ID number or send a copy of the IRS determination letter.

Note: We can grant donations to any organization only every other year, due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive each year.
